Log in to your account, add products to your basket, then tap the checkout button and enter your delivery details before proceeding to payment. Make sure you choose the correct delivery address as this cannot be updated after the order has been submitted. Your Menulog shop account allows you to keep track of your orders, download past invoices, easily locate delivery information and pay securely online using a debit or credit card.
You can find your username in the welcome email that was sent to you after you first created your username and password. To reset your password, click on 'forgot password', paste in your username and a reset password link will be sent to the email address associated with your Menulog account.
During checkout, you can pay using a debit or credit card. Cards accepted include American Express, Visa and Mastercard
We will arrange for the products from Menulog to be delivered to the address associated with your order, so please check this is correct and complete before you place the order. Parcel deliveries (smaller orders) dispatched via standard delivery are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, Monday-Friday excluding weekends. Orders are not processed on weekends or during public holidays.
You will receive a tracking notification from Australia Post with your delivery details. Please ensure you check the tracking status of each item as orders fulfilled through Australia Post may get separated, so items may arrive individually. If you are not present at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave items in a safe place, otherwise this will be redirected to your nearest Post Office for collection. Please ensure you check the tracking link for an up to date status of your order.
For SMS tracking notifications, click on the tracking link sent by Australia Post and opt in to receive delivery updates via your nominated mobile number.
Larger orders are often delivered on pallets or will be sent individually by Australia Post. In some circumstances, it may be delivered via a courier service if the order is substantial.
Parcel orders can be tracked. This will be issued to you via email by Australia Post and can also be found on your Menulog Shop account page in order history. Larger orders arriving on pallets, can not be tracked at this time.
Order tracking information from Australia Post is sent via email from the Menulog Shop to the email associated with your Shop account. You will receive notifications once the order has been placed, order has been dispatched from the warehouse, on its way to you and when it has been delivered by Australia Post. If at any time, you need to locate your order tracking link, you can find this by clicking on ‘My account’ on the Shop. The tracking link will be available on your order history page.
You will receive a notification from Australia Post to pick up your order from your nearest post office. It will be held at the Post Office for up to 10 business days depending on your local Post Office's policy. Please ensure you check your tracking notification email for further details on where your order has been held.
If your order is at your nearest Post Office for collection, it will be held at the Post Office for up 10 business days depending on the Post Office's policy. If you have not picked up your order during this time your order will be returned to Menulog. If you have any concerns, please contact us via Partner Centre.
If the shipping address on your shop account is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned from Australia Post to Menulog. You can track each stage of the delivery via your Australia Post tracking link which is emailed to you. If you have any concerns, please contact us via Partner Centre.
Once payment has been made and an order confirmation issued, the order can not be cancelled.
We offer a goodwill refund on all products when items are returned in a resalable condition and in their original packaging and within 7 working days of receipt of the item. Check out our Terms and Conditions here. Please note, you will need to cover the cost of sending back any returns.
